With the holiday season upon us, some Xbox users may be getting gift cards to Xbox Game Pass, a specific Xbox game (or game add-on), or a card with a dollar value to add to their Xbox account.  Today’s post will go over how you activate the code that you receive with the card. About The Xbox Gift Card

Anyone who has ever purchased a gift card has most likely seen the Microsft Xbox Cards. The cards can be specific to a game/game add-on, the Game Pass service, Xbox Live, or just a dollar amount that you can add to your account.

When you purchase the card, at a store or online, you get a code which is what you enter on your Microsoft account, to activate the benefit.

The following steps will go over how you add the gift card code to your account.

    4. SELECT USE A CODE
    5. ENTER THE 25-CHARACTER CODE THAT’S DISPLAYED ON THE BACK OF THE CARD, OR THE ONE YOU RECEIVED IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE. THEN FOLLOW THE PROMPTS. DON’T WORRY ABOUT HYPHENS, THE SYSTEM TAKES CARE OF THOSE FOR YOU.
