With all the changes and challenges recently in the I.T. field, Microsoft has started a page on the Microsoft site with the purpose of helping I.T. professionals. The page which Microsoft calls Thrive (http://www.microsoft.com/click/thrive/ (http://www NULL.microsoft NULL.com/click/thrive/)) is split into 3 areas.

Microsoft covers Career Help (Care Care), Improving Technical skills (Technical Competency), and Business / I.T. relations in relations to Compliance and Cost Savings (Business & I.T. Alignment).
