I know Google Wallet (http://www NULL.google NULL.com/wallet/) is currently not very common, unless you just recently replaced or got a new Google phone. However, for those of you who have an Android phone with Wallet, there is something you need to keep in mind.
For most standard Android tech support issues (what is commonly known as phone acting up), the standard fix is running a Factory Reset on your phone. However, there are many reports being posted that if you do a Factory reset on a phone with Google Wallet, what happens after the reset is that Google Wallet will report an error that says “The secure element has stopped responding. Please contact Google Wallet Support.” What seems to happen when you get this message and contact support is that you are told that the reset broke a feature in the Wallet software and that the only way to correct it is to replace your phone.
