		<description>Thanks for the picture. They changed it on the website to cover up the fact that they don&#039;t give you the cd.  I&#039;ll be submitting this picture and the order number to my credit card company to dispute it as a defective product for a refund. Oh,  and yeah, That hang up number still exists</description>

		<description>At least (by the sound of it) Dell&#039;s customer service is not in an obscure corner of the world (India comes to mind) and the voice coming out of the phone can&#039;t be understood because if that is the case, talk about adding salt to the wound.</description>
