Great product (Norton Removal).... I was having a big headache every time I opened any of my Office applications because Norton (taken out long ago) was trying to do its thing and I had to open my files twice or three times before the file would show up.  After running the removal tool, my office applications open the way they are supposed to (and real fast to boot).  Thanks for a most usable tool.</description>
